Two Door Cinema Club

My friend posted these guys up on his Facebook status. I really dig them and I think you will too. They are the Two Door Cinema Club, a British indie band who's debut album "Tourist History" lands March 1, 2010. Here are a few tracks from it.

The Stig in the Google Super Bowl Ad

I don't know if anyone noticed it or not, but on the Google Super Bowl ad, when "who is" was typed in, "the Stig" from Top Gear popped up. Love it! Me and my friend laughed hard. So awesome! Check the :25 mark...

What the hell is that?: Ruining my childhood

It's already time for another edition of "What the hell is that?" I really don't know what Hollywood is thinking anymore. I think they just throw a dart at the cover of "Teen Bop" and whoever it lands on is who they're going to use as the star of an upcoming feature film. Here's what I'm talking about...

Taylor Lautner, aka sexy shirtless vampire from the second "Twilight" movie has been cast to play as Stretch Armstrong in the upcoming 2012 movie based off the toy.
Zac Efron, teen heart sensation (bs) has been cast to play Jonny Quest in the upcoming 2010 release based off the classic cartoon series.

WHY MUST HOLLYWOOD CONSISTENTLY RUIN MY CHILDHOOD!?!?

What the hell is that?

This is a new segment I'd like to call: "What the hell is that?" These posts will contain things that just make you say, well, "what the hell is that?" And for fun, I bring you the classic SNL sketch, "What the hell is that?" starring Steve Martin and Bill Murray.

So to kick things off, here is the new version of Monopoly Hasbro is releasing for the 75th anniversary. So obviously, first off, it's round, and we just can't be having that. Secondly, there's no physical cash, it's on a debit card system...so no cheating..lame!

The second upcoming product for this post is for the upcoming videogame, "Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1." Ok, so I'm all for classic Sonic games, I grew up with them, I love them. And thank god they're trying to go back to a formula that works...I mean, side-scrolling IS Sonic, and great it's a DLC, but 3D? Ohwell, atleast they're trying. All-in-All, I'm excited...
